Product Name | Acrylylated -PEG-NHS |
Description | Acrylylated polyethylene glycol NHS ester is a bifunctional PEG cross-linking agent, which belongs to the derivatives of heterofunctional double-substituted polyethylene glycol. It is modified with an acrylate group at one end and an NHS (succinimidyl ester) group at the other end. Among them, acrylate can participate in the formation of double bond modified polymer photocurable gel system, while NHS can participate in the reaction of amino groups (-NH2) on biologically active proteins to form stable amide bonds. Therefore, the coupling effect between the target protein or drug and the double bond modified polymer can be realized, the sustained release period can be delayed, and the sudden release of the drug can be avoided. |
