Catalog Number | BINK-053 |
Product Name | Polyether F127 Diacrylate(F127DA) & LAP Pack |
Description | Polyether F127 diacrylate (F127DA) is an acrylylated polyethylene glycol-polypropylene glycol-polyethylene glycol triblock copolymer, which can be quickly cross-linked and cured into a gel by ultraviolet and visible light under the action of a photoinitiator. F127 has excellent thermogenic gel (heating gel) characteristics and good biological safety. The material system based on F127 can be applied in the field of biomedicine, such as drug carrier, wound dressing, cell carrier shear protectant, 3D bioprinting, etc. |
Product overview | This product contains 1 vial F127DA(1g or 5g) and 1vial LAP(0.025g or 0.25g). Subsitution: >90% |
Morphology & Appearance | Powder |
Molecular weight | 12kDa |
Storage | Room temperature for 3 Months 4˚C for 12 Months -18˚C for 18 Months |
Application | Preparation of high-strength hydrogels, drug carriers, 3D bioprinting, tissue engineering, etc. |
Usage | F127DA solution has thermogenic gel characteristics (heating gel). In the process of preparing the solution, when the concentration is ≤15%, it can be stirred and dissolved at room temperature, and cooling is conducive to dissolution; when the concentration is greater than 15%, it is recommended to stand at 2-8°C Set aside to dissolve, while vortexing several times with a vortex mixer. The F127DA solution with a concentration greater than 15% will gel when it is left standing at room temperature. The higher the concentration, the easier it is to gel. At this time, the gel is a physically reversible gel. Return to solution state. |
