Product Infomation
Catalog Number GRA-XT018
Product Name Graphene Electrostatic Dust Removal Ink
Description Graphene electrostatic dust removal ink is a low-temperature curing ink produced by our company. After low-temperature curing, the low voltage is boosted to DC 5kV~8kV through a high-voltage module, and loaded on the electrode sheet of the absorber. At this time, high static electricity is generated. When charged dust and other particles pass through the parallel electric field, they are captured and strongly adsorbed by the electrode sheets with opposite polarities, so as to achieve the effect of efficient dust collection. The ink has strong adhesion on the surface of plastic substrates such as PET and PVC, and the performance and resistance of the ink are extremely stable.
Morphology & Appearance Black liquid
Size ≤10µm
Storage Store at room Temperature. It contains organic solvents, keep well ventilated, avoid inhalation of excess vapor into the body, if it comes into contact with the skin, it should be cleaned with alcohol and hand sanitizer in time
Usage 1. Substrate: PET/PVC film substrate;
2. Screen printing: stainless steel screen or polyester screen printing;
3. Thinner: dilute with special thinner;
4. Prepare according to the weight of component A: component B = 10:1, and use it after stirring with a mixing gun and other tools;
5. Curing process: Oven at 130°C for 30 minutes (recommended);
6. Cleaning agent: butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, etc.;
7. Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Prepare as needed, and store unused ink in a low temperature environment of 4-10°C.
Warning 1. The ink is suitable for screen printing, and the printing thickness is related to the adjustment of screen printing parameters;
2. Stir well before use;
3. The printing substrate must be cleaned. If grease, oxides, hand sweat and other pollutants remain, the adhesion and electrical performance will be seriously reduced.
4. There must be enough ink when printing, otherwise it will affect the printing performance and the printing thickness of the ink, resulting in a change in resistance
5. In order to ensure that the performance of the ink is basically the same, the viscosity should be kept the same when printing; when adding the diluent, the ink should be collected and mixed with some new ink, and then an appropriate amount (less than 5%) of the special diluent should be added, and then fully stirred evenly
6. The curing must be thorough, otherwise the required properties cannot be obtained
