Product Name | Fluorescent labeled Gelatin Methacrylate (GelMA) |
Description | Gelatin-methacryloyl (GelMA) is a semi-synthetic hydrogel which consists of gelatin derivatized with methacrylamide and methacrylate groups. These hydrogels provide cells with an optimal biological environment (e.g., RGD motifs for adhesion) and can be quickly photo-crosslinked, which provides shape fidelity and stability at physiological temperature. GelMA has good biocompatibility and has broad application prospects in the fields of in vivo and in vitro imaging, tracing, material degradation, biosensing and 3D printing technology. |
Product overview | Fluorescent labeled Gelatin Methacrylate (GelMA) is the chemical grafting of fluorescent molecules on GelMA molecules, and the fluorescent molecules are changed to have a specific fluorescent color. This chemical labeling method avoids the shortcomings that fluorescent molecules easily diffuse out of the system in methods such as physical mixing or electrostatic adsorption, and also avoids the shortcomings of uneven imaging of fluorescent particles. Matexcel has red and green fluorescent GelMA. Red: Ex.550 nm/ Em.610 nm Green: Ex.490 nm/ Em.520 nm |
