Catalog Number | GRA-XT015 |
Product Name | Conductive Silver Paste |
Description | Conductive silver paste is a quick-drying silver paste. It is refined from ultra-fine silver powder and low-temperature curing thermoplastic resin, suitable for screen printing. It can be widely used in FFC and flexible printed circuits, and can be used on PET and PC sheets, especially suitable for PE substrates, with good printability, conductivity, oxidation resistance, hardness, and good adhesion . |
Product overview | Viscosity: 40±5Pa S Size: ≤10 microns Density: 1.8-1.9g/cm3 Solid content: 60±5% Square resistance: ≤100mΩ |
Morphology & Appearance | Silver colloid |
Size | ≤10µm |
Storage | Store at room Temperature |
Application | 1. Heating film electrode 2. RFID 3. Flexible circuit board 4. PCB |
Usage | 1. Substrate: PI, PET film, PCB 2. Printing plate: gravure roll, stainless steel screen or polyester screen 3. Thinner: special thinner 4. Curing process: drying tunnel 50 meters, 150 ℃, speed ≤ 10 m/min; or oven 120 ℃, 25 minutes 5. Cleaning agent: butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, etc. |
Warning | 1. Use British 60-100 mesh gravure; or 150-300 mesh polyester or stainless steel screen printing, and the hardness of the squeegee is 65-80 degrees 2. Stir well before use. Add diluent or resistance regulator and stir well before use 3. The printing substrate must be cleaned. If grease, oxides, hand sweat and other pollutants remain, the adhesion and electrical performance will be seriously reduced. 4. There must be enough ink when printing, otherwise it will affect the printing performance and the printing thickness of the ink, resulting in a change in resistance 5. In order to ensure that the performance of the ink is basically the same, the viscosity should be kept the same when printing; when adding the thinner, the silver paste should be collected and mixed with some new silver paste, and then an appropriate amount (less than 5%) of the special thinner should be added, and fully stirred evenly 6. The curing must be thorough, otherwise the required properties cannot be obtained |
